Thanks for the video. You mentioned that the first PIR-8 unit you tested didn't have polarity on the plug but the green plug pulls out from the unit and the polarity is printed on the black housing.

Hello, First, thank you for this video. I found the outdoor model shown in the video locally and I prefer the looks vs the small sensors but I want to install it indoor with LED strips. Just to double check, should I connect the 12V power supply +(pos) to brown then -(neg) spliced to blue and negative of strip then red to positive of strip? Should I worry about ground loop? Thank you.

Thanks for this video. I'm curious if you have seen any of these switches that can themselves be switched in a way that lets you manually override them and force them to turn on the attached LED light string or whatever. I recall outdoor 120 motion sensing floods that let you turn them off for exactly a second and then when you turned them back on, they just immediately switched on the light without worrying about the motion sensing. Thanks for any info.

Thanks for your video. I bought the large one you describe 7 mins into your video. As you say no instructions came. I couldn't get it to work and I hope I havn't blown it trying different combinations.
My set up is a 12v car battery linked to a solar panel and a solar charge controller box. The box has the following connectors ; Plus and minus solar panel. Plus and minus battery. Plus and minus lights. Could you give me some advice on how to wire it in ?

I cannot see the name or mode of the switches. The corner shots of the ebay listings are not legible. Your hands cover up the packaging. Would be helpful to know the approx cost as well. I tracked down what appears to be a Tuodi which is the second of your models and it sells for $88, very expensive. Is it worth it vs $15 for other models

They all leak, water gets in had several of them all failed. Had gray ones and the black ones.
