The placement of my list box ke4eps moving its size and location. Any suggestions as to how to keep size and location?

Hi,
I have a activex listbox in my worksheet and ı'm trying to delete the selected item. I can delete it from the database(which is in the another sheet) and when I delete it listbox is not refreshing it self. What can I do for that purpouse ?,
