I love demo videos like this. No long-winded jabbering just to hear oneself talk. Just let the product speak for itself! Excellent playing too, by the way! Sounds great! thanks for posting!

Nice bit of Motley Crue at 3:40... For some reason I still remember the first time I heard that song, driving in the middle of nowhere in the US State of Indiana...odd. I still love that song!

Johan, I hope you have a very Happy New Year!

Another Pro level video Johan - thanks from the UK. You have such cool gear - and even better, know what to do with it! Happy new year ;)

Such a great amp. I regret getting rid of mine. As I recall you can actually play both channels together and blend them which is a very unique feature. It was also amazingly loud. Louder than my 100 W tube heads!

I have a Lead 12 for like almost 6 years... I always avoid equipment discussion as I found it boring, but those old Marshalls including mosfets have some magic inside them... Never wanted to have more guitars than neccessery, but definitely could have collection of those little pieces that REALLY boogie...!

You've got me wishing I never sold mine now man. I kept the 2 1x12 cabs for years though. All the best for 2017!

You really get fantastic tones out of the amps you test. Could you please show what settings you use for the different riffs, both for the amp and the guitar? I think that would be much appreciated by all of your followers.

Amazing Demo ! - Very underrated amps ! !! - Ive seen some old photos somewhere that Angus - Malcom playing - warming up on an old solid state Marshall 2199 "master lead combo " backstage before rehearsal in the 70s ! would be very interesting seeing you demoing that !! i Guess it was one of the very first solid State models that Marshall made !

Can't argue with them tones! Solid state, PCB, hand wired, tube - I don't care as long as it gives me something I like. I do wish they still built 'em that way though: big aluminum heat sink, TO-3 style transistors, old school solid state.

Does someone know, what the yellow cable on the circuitboard min 4:04 is for? Must be a modification, since theres no connection there in my amp, which should be the same (5215)

The amp sounds cool, but it is VERY bright. I'm interested in these. How are you micing it?

Johan, this earned u a subscriber! But I do have a question. How large is the chassis for this? Seeing this amp gives me terrible ideas that could turn out great

Sounds nice mate. Was that drop D tuning by any chance? The guitar sounded a bit different this time.
