The fire is in the area of East 29th Street and 14th Ave S in Minneapolis.

The fire chief was choosing his words so very carefully, not for the sake of precision, but for fear of saying the quiet part out loud. His manner had the edge of hysteria characteristic of those who work with snarling wolves, i.e. city government.

The City Council's position on the encampments seems to be elimination by attrition; waiting for the unhoused to die by propane explosion, overdose, or gunfire. Heartless.

the people who put up the blue tarp that wraps around the camp are the one responsible for this. They should be held accountable for spread "forever chemicals" into the atmosphere for the residents to breath in the new year
