The heading of this clip says "Scientists Discovered A Lost Civilization Buried In The Amazon They Can't Explain".
The problem is that they didn't explain that subject. Instead the Southern Mexican cultures and architecture were discussed and had nothing to do with anything in the Amazon.

I've had the chance to visit the Olmec site of La Venta in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico and there is a unique mystical energy around that entire "parque-museo" (as well as most ancient sites)... not to mention the wildlife all around the giant stone heads... if you have the opportunity, visit La Venta and try the chocolate made with the Olmec recipe!!

In the late 60’s while on my honeymoon in Mexico I purchased a small Olmec jade face ‘found in the cornfields’ not far from the well known local pyramid which we climbed…Olmec culture was no mystery to the locals and was well covered in the archeology museum in Mexico city. 😉🙏🇦🇺🦘

What puzzles me is the fact that those huge heads are not attach to a larger structure they stand alone in the wild!
In a larger contest could they be markers? does the heads represent the actual head structure of the Olmecs, to begin with
how do we know they call themselves Olmecs? I'll like to know.

The half dome feature made in rocks looks same as a site in Peru, near lake Titicaca, of a half dome carved into the rock. They think to amplify sound.

Stone is hard to destroy . The stone itself is no way of being able to tell when it was carved . The precision is far above a stone axe . Look at that one with massive pitting on the front side while the rear is untouched . Like it survived an
