a lot over people over buy or over spend on food and going out, just stay home and don’t do much for 6 mo to a year and you’ll notice the difference and see how much you can actually save. most people don’t even budget either so they have no idea what’s coming in and going on. good luck to all on their financial journey!

I dont use this method, but i saved like up to 2600 per month last year. Just by selling stuff i didnt need or like and by not spending money on crap i didnt need.
