No, Boracay's White Beach isn't like that anymore. I saw a video at the 0:14 timestamp, and it shows the beach as mostly dirty green along the shoreline.

I went there and if you walk at around afternoon from station 2 to 1 at the beach I wouldn't recommend it the sun is scorching as hell.
