The guy who owns that land is real cool about letting people walk out to the true center point. He only asks that you use the trail, not litter, and be respectful. You will have to navigate across the barbed wire, and watch out for rattlesnakes, but if you're going to make the effort to go to that site, you might as well walk the last remaining few yards to be at the real/true center. Next time, if you go, there may not be a flag, because knuckleheads keep stealing it.
