I have a request, this is something that i haven't found anywhere. What is the best way to create a language translation model from scratch, for Latin chars, they do exist but i'm interested in languages like Tamil, mandarin where there are complex characters involved. None exists for creating this from scratch, if you can allocate sometime to share the wisdom, i would highly appreciate it.
