If you right click the icon "the question mark" highlight the RocketDock option and select Icon Settings. There is a default folder icon you can click on, on the right hand side and it will change the question mark into a folder, they also have a default my documents icon. If you download icons from RocketDock you can change any icon you want, by following the above steps.

Did you download the mac theme from rocketdock? What folder did you save the theme in? If you can't find it, re-download the theme and save it to downloads. Then go to downloads > right click theme and select "cut" > go to computer > then go to program files or program files (x86) until you find the rocketdock folder > open folder > select and open the "skins" folder > then paste the theme inside > Right click the dock, select dock settings > then go to style and select the mac theme.

You can download icons from the rocketdock website linked in the about section or use custom ones.

Right click icons you want to add and select cut > Start > Computer
> Program Files (x86) > Select the Rocketdock Folder > Open "Icons"
> Paste Icons inside the icons folder.

Right click on an icon on the dock > Click Icon Settings > Select your preferred icon.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing that issue. It could be an issue with your system, I haven't heard of any other problems with making anyone's computer slower. It only runs off 10MB of RAM which is hardly anything these days. Go to your control panel > System and Security > Under System select view amount of RAM and processor speed. > Now under system copy and paste what it says for Processor and Installed Memory (RAM).

Right click on the taskbar and unclick the lock the taskbar and then drag it up to the top.
