Fun fact: there’s actually no benefit to snapping the ends off of asparagus as opposed to just cutting them off. It doesn’t help find where the woody end stops and it just ends up wasting more asparagus.

Looks fantastic, but I'm a grilled asparagus boy. It tastes so good with a tiny bit of char on it. I don't bother even peeling it. I just chop the woody end off.
