This is the detail I love.
The camera angles- the view from the door. It reminds us that anyone can see into the room at anytime yet they are lost in each other (and perhaps that so many see what is going on anyway)
The way the camera moves from Kaye’s right shoulder to left between bane of my existence” “object of all my desires” showing the two sides of his struggle

This scene indicates something.Anthony is shown not be that romantic at the beginning of the season and doesn’t even know romantic poetry he asks Benedict for advice and copies his poem to say to Edwina but still wasn’t able to.Yet in this scene he says the most poetic and swoon worthy dialogue of all.It’s not bc he he isn’t romantic but the right woman.He can only show proper romance to the woman he loves which is Kate

First we had, "I burn for you". They topped that with, "You are the bane of my existence". Excited for season three to bring us to our feet with, "I love you with everything I am, everything I've been, and everything I hope to be."

Anthony had me this entire season. I have to constantly remind myself that this is just a show and these are just actors! 😂

One thing I noticed about this scene is he’s angry at her for “making “ him want her. When he says “ and it is not far enough” you almost don’t know if he was going to insult her or declare his love for her.

It’s the shaking head and walking away for me! That might be the sexiest thing I have ever seen!

When I first watched this scene, I had a feeling it was ON after he whisper-yelled "and it is not far enough!" Every sentence after that is more intense and swoon-worthy than the one before. Kate is one tough cookie coz I would've been a puddle on the floor right after "torment". I love how much nuance there is even beyond the amazing dialog - their facial expressions, body language, the little moves they make towards each other, the camera work, it's all perfection. One of the very best scenes of the entire season.

0:11 i love how he looks absolutely amused at himself for getting to this point where he is so overcome with love for this woman that he’s deciding he’s going to spill his guts. he’s like, welp she asked so I’m gonna tell her. and then boom: “she has done nothing, it is you.”
