Fun fact in game the first lore, Jinx is the older sister and Vi didn't know about her blood relationship with her, Jinx break things so she can spend time being chased by her sis, also they are around 30y old.

If I remember correctly, Jinx was released before Vi, and her "you should see my sister" line came across like she had a split personality that she thought was her sister. Made her seem even more unhinged.
