I have to say, I'm really glad they saved his transformation for the stinger. It made for the perfect sequel hook, not to mention let us see him as an organic for awhile.

In my opinion, this is where the movie actually starts. I know it's a post credits scene, but this feels like the actual beginning of the movie.
