I literally hate my life and job, I have a college degree, I am very talented artist, I’m a hard worker, I’ve probably applied to 400+ companies the last two years and I get nothing, not an email, nothing. Its also ignorant how everyone comes to these comment sections to "motivate" people. If you're typing motivational bs or are speaking motivational stuff, you're the problem mentally messed up people have. Don't say "You are your own person" when society clearly decides who is successful in life or who fails.

My example is this: I am a white man trying to get a job that pays enough and a job that I'm experienced in yet no one wants to hire me because "Hiring managers" wanna hire minorities or other types of people who really don't wanna work and then tell me I'm "inexperienced" only for that company to go under or screw up because they hired inexperienced people simply because of race or religion or anything specific.

Society cries about certain groups not being treated equal but as a white man I've always been discriminated against for great opportunities in my lifetime but if I spoke out against it, I'm a karen. But let a manager not hire anyone that isn't white and watch the whole world bash the company for not hiring someone based on their skin color. I've experienced true racism and I've been abused by my last employer that has gotten away with it because they were black. Every white manager that came into the office, the General manager would ask them to sleep with him and if they refused, he would report false claims and because the whole chain of command is black, the General manager in question would be saved and they would attack me and any white coworker of mine. Because of the racism, I lost everything because I never had a voice. Why should I have to change jobs or lose everything because of bad managers who didn't like me? I'm tired of sh1tty people getting rewarded for their toxic things while people like me are shamed because if we're too nice, people act annoyed and start trying to get you to be someone else. If you're mean or rude or stand up for yourself, people get defensive and disregard their own sh1tty behaviours while bashing you and wanting to cancel you for it.

I've never seen so many deluded people who think equality means shaming one group of people while giving an easy life to a specific other type of people.... some of you need to look up the definition of "Equality" before you start posting random motivational things because unless everyone decides to change the way they treat others, people who wanna unalive and people who have depression or antisocial behaviors will continue to exist...
