Tesla Trial: Elon Musk Defends His $55 Billion Pay Deal

Elon Musk is on the stand defending his $55 million pay package at Tesla. A Tesla investor sued saying he's being paid too much. Bloomberg's Ed Ludlow reports.

When that pay package was put together it was seen by all as:
1) Basically impossible to achieve
2) INSANELY LUCRATIVE for ALL of the shareholders were it to be achieved
3) Even more lucrative for Musk.

Given, #2 makes everybody happy, and #3 seems fair given #1 and that Musk is the one making it all happen. Investors passed that package and they ALL 10x'd their investment (that's *after* the 60% drop this year).

The charlatan the loser with 9 shares suing Musk for 10'xing his investment..

And that newsreporter justifying it.
