This song is the very first record I brought on the 24th of April 1969 Lot's of memories back then saved my pocket money to buy this song it cost back then 7/6d.A year later I brought Barry Ryan sings Paul Ryan.This song is on the album and is a great version but I still have my memories of that day buying this song.

Paul Ryan wrote such a classic sweet love song, much prefer the original version as I love Barry Ryan vocal delivery so much. I love the harmonies of Paul's and Barry's Colour of My Love. Nothing beats the vocal harmonies of identical twins. ❤
I know what we love is very personal, our tastes are all different which is great or life would be boring but for me the original version with Barry has such tenderness, innocence, sweet romanse and makes me feel nostalgic and always happy and grateful I got to know Barry.
I know I am biased 😊 and probably proud of this.

Great to see that there are barry Ryan fans still out there i only knew the jefferson version which was my first record I brought in 1969 but being a long lasting fan of barry Ryan I'm sure he would of thought it was a good copy
