I'm extremely impressed with ar-cutpaste. The thing I'm most impressed by is the pasting as it sends the image and pastes it in the correct location. I'm not well versed with ar but imagine that being pretty hard.

One that I think should be on this list; the Open Source Artificial Pancreas System or, OpenAPS. This is a system that can take input from a continuous glucose monitor (cgm), runs it through an algorithm and gives the resulting instructions to an insulin pump. This system is capable of learning using a Goal Oriented Action Planning AI.

OpenAPS is available for both Raspberry Pi and Arduino. There is a fork of it being developed for desktop computers. There is another fork of it for Android, which is compatible with more insulin pumps.
