The Two Approaches to Neidan Practice, Taoist and Buddhist

Taoist
Taoist's approach is cultivating the chi with the breath in the Tan Tien until it becomes overflowing and then can be used to circulate in the body.

Buddhist
Buddhist approach is the fullness of chi is already present in the body and only has to be let out, released from the bone marrow outward.

Notice, at the end of the video I definitively state that both concepts of Neidan should be practiced together!
