Hello!! I just finished binge watching all of your videos and I'm blown away with the beauty of your projects, past and present. Also, when is Catherine going to start her own channel?? She would be a fantastic addition to the FlossTube community. I hope you are doing well and enjoying your stitching.

Congratulations on your finishes! I especially love Quaker Diamonds—it is a real treasure. I haven’t ever seen the Blackberry Lane ornaments but they look really tempting. I am thinking that I am going to start the gardens later this year. I need at least another finish before I start something else. Have a great Christmas!

I make a gingerbread house with my grandchildren each year and while they are quite young just buy a kit. When they get a it older we may make our own gingerbread. I also park my needle in the side of the fabric when I finish a stitching session for the same reason you do. Thought I make sure it’s away from the stitched area as humidity is an issue. I have quite a few magazines from the 80s and 90s and do intend to stitch some of the patterns at some point. I love the effect of piping but hate actually making it. Lol.
You are making great project on your sweat shirt. Still thinks using that yarn was such a clever idea
Quaker Diamonds is so lovely. Great finish

Brenda, your enthusiasm for your finishes is so wonderful and inspiring - big congrats on your accomplishments!! Quaker diamonds is a masterpiece, and your other finishes, old and new, look beautiful as well! Looking forward to seeing more next time. 🤗 Those Drawn Thread garden designs are just gorgeous - may need to investigate them further, though I’ve not yet stitched with silks ... there’s always a first time, right?? Merry, merry Christmas, and from a fellow public middle school employee (I’m in the library), hope you enjoy every single day of your winter break!

So many pretty finishes! I told my husband that I intend to restart Quaker Diamonds after seeing your finish. After decades of stitching, I recently started using the pin stitch and it's made all of the difference in anchoring stitches, especially for confetti stitches. Have a blessed Christmas!

Beautiful beautiful finishes Brenda!! And OMGoodness, the Blackberry Designs ornaments, gorgeous!!! This is only the 2nd time that I've seen them finished. Julie from Reflections and Framing has one of them as a model in her shop. We need to clone Catherine, just saying! LOL!! Take care, Ruth.

I enjoyed hearing about how you use your q-snap. I've never used one but am considering it. Also, I loved seeing all your ornaments. I bought the pattern this summer for the Three Wise Men from Blackberry lane, but I haven't kitted it up yet.
