I have been researching a lot after Sony new 1440p update rolled out.
There is one question keeps bugging me and I can't find a solution...

In Future, does PS5 has the ability to have "VRR+1440p" without HDMI 2.1 ???
Because I'm planning to buy 1440p 144Hz monitor.

Can someone please confirm with me that my BenQ Mobius EX2710 is not compatible with 1440p PS5 update. I have checked many sites and im sure mine is only 1080p compatible even though i have the option to choose 2160p resolution in settings as well. I have performance ON / 120Hz Output Automatic / ALLM OFF / VRR OFF etc. Just need a confirmation this monitor will not support 1440p for sure please or have i got it set up wrong to access it ?

I tried testing 1440p but it said my current hdmi couldn't run it. The same hdmi cable that came with the ps5. Do I need to buy a 1440p hdmi designed for it

I did this I get 120hz at 1440p I stream my game and it’s says it’s in 1440p 120hz I play cod games and bf2042 regularly but when I post my video to yt says the highest resolution is only 1080p60 so who lying Sony or YouTube bc my tv supports the whole thing I got a Samsung Q70AA in 65 inches great tv but something ain’t right somebody is lying

Well always theres something wrong with sony on Ps5 and now it its the VRR support... first not all monitor get compatibility with VRR even on 1080p so there another kind of VRR that its not a Freesync and now this happen to 1440p resolution too...
