You can cook them frozen in an air fryer. 350° for 8 minutes, turning once. However, they are cooked, make sure they reach 165° inside.

I agree and thank you for making this video! I used to be unable to eat Beyond meat patties, as the taste just didn't agree with me. Once I heard that they changed their recipe, I gave it another shot (as a burger in a A&W restaurant here in Montreal, Canada), and loved it. I recently tried their sausages and they were pretty good too (I never liked sausages even when I used to eat meat). Next I think I'll try a sausage pasta with Beyond. Have a blessed day.
