Talking about how to fall properly is so important. I used to ride down a path that lead to a patch of grass, just so my board would stop and I could practice eating it on the grass, helped with confidence. Also, nose-manuals are great for learning to stumble ;D

Not being low enough and standing up on all my grinds caused me to slip out and tear my ACL twice.. my homie told me to what I was doing wrong and now I have the confidence to hold ledges. Good tip!
