Definitivno najbolji recept od svih koje sam probala. Krempite su predivne, drthtave a ipak kompaktne i savršeno se režu.
Možda vam se svidi kao i meni pa budete često pravili.
Dobila sam more komplimenata za ovaj recept pa se nadam da će se ove kremšnite i vama svidjeti.
Kore sam razvila na kalup veličine 39x27 i pekla svaku koru po 10 minuta na 220 stepeni. Ja sam koristila ventilator.

Ukoliko nemate ventilator kore pecite 15 minuta na 220 stepeni.
Kore ohladiti i onda krenuti s pripremom kreme.

Sastojci:

* 1 pakovanje lisnatog tijesta od 500 gr (odmrznuti)

Krema:
- 1.7 l mlijeka
- 800 ml vode
- 6 pudinga od vanilije
- 2 vanilin šećera
- 21 kašika šećera
- 1 kašika brašna
- 8 žumanjaka
- 8 bjelanjaka
- 400 ml slatkog vrhnja

Definitely the best recipe of all I’ve tried. The crepes are beautiful, trembling and yet compact and cut perfectly.
Maybe you like it as much as I do so it is often made.

I got more compliments for this recipe so I hope you like these custards too.

I developed the crusts on a 39x27 size mold and baked each crust for 10 minutes at 220 degrees. I used a fan.

If you do not have a crust fan, bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
Cool the crust and then start preparing the cream.

***** Ingredients:

* 1 pack of 500 gr puff pastry (thawed)

Cream:
- 1.7 liters of milk
- 800 ml of water
- 6 vanilla puddings
- 2 vanilla sugars
- 21 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 8 egg yolks
- 8 egg whites
- 400 ml of sweet top
