This scenario working in local setup but not working in SQL server after deploy trying to run that package i am getting error and stopped till error task and not execute my failure sql task flow

Hi How to Process the errored out records ? for ex i ran the package out of 100 80 got processed and 20 got failed. so when i re run the package it should run for that 20 records plus any updated or new records how we can achieve that ?
