Saietta's problem is that they suggested to shareholders they might be self financing, but then had a big dilution to raise more cash, then their progress was slower than initially predicted. Let's not be surprised why the share price has dropped considerably. Management hasn't really given shareholders confidence

I think Premier Miton stock looks interesting. It's way down, looking close to a 10 year low hit near the end of May. "76% of funds above median investment performance since launch or tenure 3 (2022 HY: 80%)" (mathematically, that could hide some stinkers, but I'm not saying they've got any). I believe "tenure" is the tenure of the current fund manager. I'm thinking a takeover is fairly likely, if the stock doesn't imitate Lazarus. The top shareholders are funds, led by Octopus Investments with 11.2%. The divi is variable, 50-65% of adjusted profit after tax (annually), or maybe more if they're optimistic.
