Very Interesting, but much to fast and a expanation would help to understand what was done.
Some steps were cutted out. E.g. at 20:11 - The last step was the Boss-Extrude21 an din the next second are a lot of featureswhich won´t be shown. This features are very necessary to model the stair.

much to fast and no explanation of what you are doing, especially for the first 15min or so. Why not just trace the blueprint you have to get your elliptical shapes and use splines and arches?
