Really dark chocolate with sea salt is so satisfying because salt blocks the bitter taste receptors on your tongue so you just get a salty smooth rich chocolate flavor. Heard this from Alton Brown on good eats a longgg time ago 😁

If you like the idea of orange and chocolate together then definitely try out Lindt's swiss extra fine thins (milk orange variant). They are out of this world!!
