registration form mobile sey fill up kar sakta hu kya?

After validation when I'm clicking the submit button then a CONFIRM option comes up & asks - are you sure you want to submit the registration form ? Then i click OK & then nothing happens. Again i click on the submit option then again same thing happens, again they ask me to confirm. Same loop is happening again & again but nothing new is happening 😶..


Edit - I finally can login into SSP after 6 days of continuosly login invalid issue. I just went to forgot password option & then I login with CRO id (you can enter your own I'd starting with CRO or any other region you belong to) & then filled captcha code. A message pops into screen that a email will be delivered to my mail id with a link to reset my password. Through that link i reset my password & then on ssp page I wrote down my CRO id & new password and finally i logged into SSP!

Sir Jo aapne btaya samr meri vhi problem h but Meri user I'd and password email pr aane ke baad m vhi same dubara log in krnrke liye daal rhi hu to bhi nhi log in ho rha

Sir mujhe register kie 14 days ho gye, abhi tk meri login i'd aur password nhi aaya jo NRO, SRO, CRO, WRO etc. se start hoti h.
Sir kya kru me kuki sir books bhi order krni h. Aur bina login k books order nhi ho paegi.
