I put cinnamon in plain greek yogurt with some stevia, chia seeds. I let it sit overnight and in the morning I add about 1 tablespoon of natural unsalted peanut butter and then mix in some pumpkin seeds. High protein, good fiber, healthy fat breakfast. I usually have strawberries, blueberries or black berries on the side. Delicious, healthy and filling!!

I boil cinnamon. Ginger roots and turmeric roots. Put in the fridge good for 3 days one small cup a day very good 😊

Cinnamon is great sprinkled on banana circles, on carrots, on sweet potato, in tea or coffee.

I suffered from diarrhea for six (6) weeks before unintentionally discovering “gingerbread coffee”. It is made with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cream and sugar. It is delicious, the diarrhea has been in check for about 3 months now and I drink my coffee like this every day. ✨☕️✨☺️✨

I like sliced bananas, apples or plums with live natural yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on the top. I also add powdered cinnamon and ginger to a cup of cocoa.

Hello Doctor,
I make ginger/lemon water every week with grated 🫚 and sliced lemons gently simmered in filtered water. Sometimes I put a cinnamon stick into it and tumeric. But after hearing this, I will add cinnamon more often. Thank you.❤
