PHP Composer Tutorial | Installing and Setting Up Composer in Windows Using Command Prompt

hi sir i have a doubt .I downloaded xampp and insatlled in E/ drive . after that installed composer in E drive xampp/..../htdocs inside
after using composer it automatically changes to c drive .should I need to install Xampp and composer in C drive...
or installing in E drive (composer) act as globally ?

Sir. Thank you for this excellent tutorial. But I am unable to install composer. It gives errors on command prompt like No such file or directory in Command line code on line 1. Could you please solve my problem. Thanks.
