Falcon BMS 4.37 Tutorial - Ramp Start

A tutorial that demonstrates how I ramp start the F-16. This tutorial does not follow any IRL procedure, and I don't claim it's the most efficient or best way of getting the Viper started, but I got used to doing it like this.

On the JHMCS alignment process you must be on NAV mode, the page won't work if you're on A-G mode for example.

One small issue when comparing to real F-16, do not engage parking brake prior to engine start, it depletes the hydraulic accumulators which are needed for JFS start.

Totally love your tutorials. Just one thing: at the end of the video, the master caution was still lit. Was it because the ejection seat wasn't armed?

Removing the epu pin after engine start exposes ground personnel to significant hazards (hydrazine exposure and turbine deployment risks. I suggest remove the pin before you crank the engine.

Really great tutorial, thanks for putting it together. I was kind of capable of ramp start in 4.36 but they added some steps since. This covered those perfectly ! Btw, do you know how to get rid of the blinking radar altimeter box in the HUD - or stop it blinking ?

Helpful tutorial, yes 🙂. I know how to do a ramp start, but one question: RDR Alt to 'STBY' givers that annoying flasing box in the HUD all the time., so I set the RDR Alt to 'ON' asap, just to get rid of that annoying flashing box, but that's probably not the way as it should be done. So the question: when is the moment to turn on the RDR Alt (get it out of the 'STBY' mode?). Thanks for you answer as always very welcome)
