What a great lesson. What I like best is how Adrian always explains the underpinnings of the idea in a way that is understandable. Most teachers assume that students know stuff that they don't. Explicitly pointing out how the 6th's are derived is real teaching.

Awesome lesson and definitely a great way study and develop the 6ths. That said, I really love how you always show the relationship between chords, scales and embellishments in your lessons. It really helps to better understand it all, which more importantly teaches me how I can actually apply it elsewhere when needed. That's what makes you such a great instructor, so much respect for that!

I've always known what 6ths are and how tasty the sound, I can't get enough of CCR they use them all over the places. I know how to use them in riffs but I could never really understand how to get them to stick to the chord progression in my jamming and improvising, by 8:55 I have put them to chord shapes and I am just loving it right now, I can't wait to put this into play with some real jamming, great lesson. Cheers man.
