one question sir..you have mentioned here, as classful routing protocols do not carry subnet information, the subnet is calculated as per the receiving interface of the other router..if so, for example, in router#1 i created a network 192.168.1.0/24 and the connected interfaces of the routers are having 10.1.1.0/30 network..then i advertised network 192.168.1.0 in ripv1..should the router#2 update it's routing table as 192.168.1.0/30 (as connected interfaces are on /30) or router#2 will update it's routing table as 192.168.1.0/24 (as ripv1 is classful and 192.168.1.0 is class c network and default subnet mask of class c network is /24)..hope you have got my point..thanks in advance..

The router is the end point of any broadcast, So in distance vector routing protocol how it's possible that when router receives updates on an interface will propagate broadcast on all other interfaces..???
