Liners 2-4✅

Mini perfume

Hand sanitizer✅

Wipes

Lip balm (for dry lips)✅

A plastic bag ✅

Extra panties ✅

Mini Deodorant (or normal deodorant)✅

Mini pimple patches pack (also what I use is mighty patches if ur wondering)✅

Chocolate (for cramps)

And more of ur own if I missed stuff sorry but this is what I thought right off my mind!!

I'm still 10 and want to be prepared I don't think we have any pads in the house or liners since no one in my house has had period in a while

Pack a another pants in case it leaks covering it isn't gonna get rid of the smell add in some Nappies bags to chuck your used tampons pads and Wipes to toss in the bin it's so yuck seeing someone else pads ect being stuck in the lid if the bin
