Personally, I've never trained on a 7 day scale. The body just knows stimulation & recovery. Stimulate the muscles to grow, rest, recover, and repeat 💪

I’ve been doing 2 on 1 off for 3 years now. It fits perfect around a typical firefighter schedule.

Same thing. I was doing a 5 day routine for a long time until I saw my overall mass was overtaking the rest of me. I read about "weak point" training in some old bodybuilding textbooks and have shifted the focus there while maintaining my mass. All about symmetry!

Can you go in depth with your program right now, is it push pull legs, upper lower, back chest arma legs or something else

I do upper, lower, rest, upper, lower, rest, rest.

This is how my work out have basically morphed into.. pull day (back, biceps, legs) then next day push day (chest, triceps, abs) then 1-2 days then repeat. It’s amazing when you can get each body part in twice a week roughly and you don’t even feel like you re at the gym a lot.

So train each bodypart 3 times a week as natty isn't the optimal bread and butter? That's what I heard from most channels.. Bless up Peter

Do you have any tips on how to do reverse flyes I'm having a very difficult time getting muscle contraction?not to mention The forum is very awkward my arms are long weak.

I use the two on, one off split currently and I'm fairly new to bodybuilding (about 15 months). Can anyone tell me if its ok or if I need to try a different split? (I want to take the most optimal approach possible)
