Apple Byte - Will the next iPhone's killer feature be the camera?

Leaked high-res images of the rumored iPhone 5S look almost exactly like the iPhone 5.Will its camera really be enough? Plus, iOS 7's latest beta comes to the iPad with new features and tweaks.

Best new feature of iOS7 for me is the ability to flick the banners that drop in from above when you get an email. When it drops down (doesn't flip in anymore) you can just flick it back up. I get a LOT of emails (work) so this is huge for me. Most apps have buttons that the banners cover up & it always seems to happen right when you want to hit "done" or "back". The camera "app" is cleaner & works well, but the photo's "app" is a little harder to figure out. I think it's more convoluted.

Btw if apple has a finger print scanner they would have it on the iphone six.

You're right, but I wouldn't underestimate the complexities involved with that sort of integration. I think even Apple have difficulty implementing it, particularly while maintaining the width of the device.

720P front and 1080P cameras already exist MrBvirk on the iPhone 5 as well as 1080p playback on the 4 inch retina.display

Just for Apple's iPhone 5 to have a dual-core processor doesn't mean any less that it is slower than a quad-core processor (you can check benchmarks and performance videos ) because Apple makes its own hardware and software while others get the software from Google and hardware from Qualcomm. And don't forget that the GS4 and HTC one are a generation ahead of iPhone 5, which means you should compare them to iPhone 5S.

The iPhone 5 camera is still arguably equal if not better than the GS4's camera even after around 8 months of the iPhone 5 being out. I can't imagine how good the 5S' camera will look.
