How to use the Braun Forehead Thermometer

The Thermometer and person need to acclimate to the room temperature for 10 minutes before taking a measurement.

Remove the protective cap. Press the power button to turn it on. Be sure to move any hair away from the forehead. Then position the thermometer either directly on the patient’s forehead and between the eyebrows. Hold the thermometer flush against the forehead and keep the forehead steady during the measurement.

How to change between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Open the battery compartment and remove the batteries. Slide the temperature scale switch to your preferred temperature scale. Replace the batteries and close the compartment.

How to get the last temperature reading. The last temperature taken is stored in its memory and will be automatically displayed for 2 seconds when it is turned on.

How to replace the batteries. Insert 2 AAA batteries in the correct position. Replace the battery door and close securely.

Product doesn't work, I put the batteries in and without touching the power button, it reads A1 and then LO and that's it. No information on how to fix
