It's not about flashing you 6 pack on Instagram, it's about dancing at your daughter's wedding!

Be consistent! How about a Habit Tracker? This has helped me stay on track and not break the streak. Thank you, subscribed.

I’m expecting my first child in September. My older brother said I may as well say goodbye to being a road cycling enthusiast. My close friend I ride with said he’s never stopped riding when he became a dad and it’s healthy to keep my identity and passion. My friend also said I will need it to be strong and fit as my baby gets older and it will be good for therapy and spending alone time or enjoy times on group rides. I was thinking I could ride just on weekend mornings and still be home before noon. Then maybe when my baby becomes a toddler I can buy a trailer that keeps kids comfortable while I pull them along on a social cruising speed trail rides. Then I also saw strollers parents can jog with so they can still get a run on while being with their baby. What are your thoughts?

Hah! Joke’s on you. I was a sickly child with a bad case of RA from ages 11-22 so I didn’t have a young man’s body even then!

Maybe you could get your wife to create Mom University... There's no equivalent to this for women... I mean, there kind of is, but it's not the same... It's all about what to do during pregnancy and nothing about how to actually raise the kid... Or it's how to raise the kid, but nothing about the pregnancy.. I just can't seem to find a channel for women that has both, and it's a bit annoying.

Either way, my husband and I are going to continue to watch you. You're awesome.
