You skipped a step? How do I remove the pressure-fit threaded insert so I can insert the thicker post casters?

Any idea where I can get the small part that the caster screws into on the bottom of the shelf. I have an old wire shelf but the "female" that receives the caster is missing. Thank you!

Was also hoping to hear about how I should place the casters if two of the four are lockable. Thanks

is it the same if I flip it over. So the top poles becomes the bottom poles. The split sleeves works the same as well as the shelves? The is no unevenness?

Can you reuse the grip ring stem castors?, I didn’t notice my shelving came with two castor with brakes and two without brakes. So I need to change their position. But I need to remove them without damaging them first.

It would be helpful if you could show how to get the broken wheels off for replacement.

The two wheels broke on the back I have trying to buy new threaded casters. I get it threaded slightly and it tightens to the point the pole starts turning do you have any suggestions? TIA!!

Yea putting the big castors in on the top, not working for me. Gotta take off the feet, that seems to be an issue for me right now. Next thing I'm trying is spraying master blaster on it and try to unscrew it (at least on another site it said they can be unscrewed) so I take off the screw foot and put some needle nose plyers in it.

🤔So I watched all of this for you to skip the most important step? How do you get the larger wheel in this little tiny opening?

Specifically for hydroponics/microgreens growers... Any idea what average weight loads usually are encountered for 4-5 shelf (24"x36"x72") units fully loaded (using NFT or ebb and flow automated watering)?

Menards sells casters too, but your prices look better for online sales. However, their 3" has 120 lbs capacity, which is 480 lbs per rack; & their 4-inch is 150 lbs, which is 600 lbs/rack. Do you sell any 3/8 threaded that are 120 or higher?

135 - 220 lbs 3 5/8 inch 3/8 threaded would be great. (ideally a wheel, the exact height of a 2x4) Also, does anyone make a 3- 4 inch ball wheel?
