lol, you are right Jake, i play on pc with 240 fps and sometimes i get shit on in ZB mode by controller players with better tactics and positions. I even get boxed by controller players in build mode. It's all mindset, timing, and tactics.

Quick weapon has been a game changer for me. Took time learning it at the end of Ch5 S1 and my pump/smg combo is so much smoother. I only really get to practice it in the pit though because of the current meta, but also for swapping to any slot in general it just feels a lot better. I only started playing Ch4 S3 though, so I didn’t have years worth of muscle memory with L1/R1 swapping.

the tactic i use is instead of using the a (x on playstation) button to jump i use LB (L1), since it was unused because i play with quick weapon instead of scrolling through the inventory.

I use DualSense Edge with jump and reload mapped to the back paddles. I also use index fingers for R1/L1 back and middle fingers for triggers (R2/L2).
Moved from only using index fingers about a month ago, it was hard to adjust, but I see improvement as I get used to it.

I play on PC & use the SCUF Vantage controllers. With 4 paddles & 2 Side action index bumpers, hair triggers with trigger stops, staggered stick layout. Since I’m on PC I can also bind my PlayStation Home button & the Share buttons as they are not in use for the Console actions they are normally used for. I play Build Mode so I do use Insta Edit & Scroll Wheel reset on 2 of my paddles

I really hope you see this because I’ve always listened to your advice about key binds and I bound my jump button to my right analog stick so that I can jump and aim at the same time. Cause I really can’t do claw 😭 I just wanted to see if you think this is a good strat at all or if you might have another idea. I’m considering buying a custom remote as well.

I play the dual sense edge controller on PS5 but still forget to use the back paddles :(. Have the medium rise kontrolfreak on left stick and high rise on right.

I realize we have the same sens but I have the hardest time hitting shotgun shots, I play console 60fps and everything gets so blurry once someone is spam jumping in a shotgun fight or if they use the flowberry movement

Just tried to buy 2 controllers but shipment is not going trough.
Ok..was thinking Croatia small country in east Europe 🤷‍♂️ .. than i tried friends adress in Munich Germany and same problem with shipment so honestly dont know how to do it.
Will try tommorow again because is great deal for 270$ can get 2 pro controllers.
