One question, how we maintain bandwidth.. I mean by using priority queue we are dividing into two parts but let's assume thar chances to get high priority messages is only 5% but we are dedicating similar infrastructure for those 5% messages.

In the first variant, I see no true priority for the priority message here. Let's say if you have 1000 no priority messages that came before the true priority one, so it still has to wait => no priority
