Help students improve their physical health with Lesson #3 of the HabitWise program!

HabitWise Lesson #3 helps students:
• Explain how our eating, exercise, and sleep habits relate to one another.
• Identify ways to improve habits by substituting “better-for-you” behaviors in the habit loop.
• Evaluate their current eating, exercise, and sleep habits and identify improvements they could make.
• Identify habits that could have negative and positive effects on their health.
• Use supports such as mobile apps and friends to help them stick to healthy habits.

How I Decide has become the Alliance for Decision Education. The Alliance is a national nonprofit and field builder with the mission of improving lives by empowering students with essential skills and dispositions for making better decisions. We partner with teachers, researchers, and organizations to bring Decision Education into classrooms nationwide.

HabitWise is an in-class program that empowers adolescents to use the psychology of habit formation to improve their wellness, productivity, money management, and relationships. It's a critical addition to the curriculum for Health, Advisory, Guidance, Social & Emotional Learning, and Psychology.
