Can anyone clearify what is said at 2:03 I am hearing "The technology is also...." but can't make up the words before he goes on saing "...as more people travel there's a higher chance of mosquito-born...."

What the world needs is a gm'ed mosquito to kill this Zika
mosquito. We can always come up with more solutions should the gm'ed
mosquitoes cause other problems.
