I would argue that for question 2, TSH could be a correct answer. Since the question stem states "abnormal level, " we can interpret it as either lower or higher than normal. In question 1, you addressed that over secretion of TSH leads to weight loss, which is the same thing as decreasing "body weight, " thus an abnormal level of TSH (high in this case) could cause an increase in catabolic processes, hence the "Lower Body Weight" (the graph technically does not show a decline in body weight though it definitely shows a loss) compared to the WT mice. In my opinion, eliminating TSH is not very convincing and if TSH was not one of the choices, definitely hGH with no further question. Am I correct?
