Pegi's Kitchen | The MOST DELICIOUS Apple Pie in a Jar!

Pegi makes her family favorite Apple Pie in a Jar! But this time, she outdid herself!

Crust:
3 cups all-purpose flour
5 tbsps sugar
1.5 sticks unsalted butter
1/3 stick baking Crisco
1 tsp salt
12 tbsps ice cold water

Filling:
6-8 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar (we used 1 cup in the video, Pegi thought it was too sweet)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup all purpose flour
