Same here, which is why Nintendo is my favorite company. But the original Playstation had plenty of great platformers too. Mostly thinking of the "Spyro" trilogy. In fact, "Spyro 3" is my favorite platformer of all time.

That will be remedied soon enough. But there is one thing I would really want to see though? I said this months ago but here we go. A game that has the ship controls of the Nintendo Land's attraction of Metroid on the TV screen using the gamepad's buttons/thumbsticks for controls. All while handling boarding parties and ship repairs via the gamepad screen in the vane of FTL (Faster than light...and indie game).

I'm so ready for The Wonderfun101 but then again ill be picking up Blacklist tommorow. I also got The Lord of Fate game for 3DS. Yeah it's just ok.

In keeping with the idea...you can make it two player co-op by tying the ship (TV) controls to Wiimote & Nunchuck. Or even Pro Controller. And keep the shipboard functions and such including the boarding party stuff one the gamepad for the second player. See? A non-dev coming up with an interesting gameplay idea for the Wii U...shocking..I know.

Disagree; Nintendo's lineup is quite the competitor and I'm looking forward to it. The Xbox One titles are okay, but they're mostly shooters that you can get on 7th gen consoles and rival consoles.

Platformers are OG man, the true test of a gamer's skill- we're hardcore like that. We're not particularly fond of the new-age, auto-aiming, QTE-ridden dime-a-dozen shooters that high school gamers get wet dreams over. We play games that push our limits- games that require the upmost intelligence and dexterity. We play Nintendo.

Really? Nintendo has an exclusive game launching each month from now till christmas. May i kindly ask, what the confirmed PS4/XB1 exclusive games will be released this year?

Nah man Nintendo's line up STOMPS all over the competition this year with multiple big releases already out and coming.

Both ps3 and xbox 360 only have shooters, they're full of shooters around 30 present of the good exclusives on the ps3 are ether third or first person shooting games.

I can't BELIEVE Microsoft would say Xbox has the best games! That seems like such an impossible claim by them! I wonder what Sony and Nintendo thinks about which systems have the best games and best value, because Microsoft... they're making some radical claims here!
