So many comments I'd like to make to your videos. I meditate constantly. Information is channeled to me, as are epiphanies. A couple of months ago, in meditation, I heard, "it's time". I have long wanted to be fruitarian, and this was my green light. I didn't think it was really possible but now there are YouTube videos by people who have lived on nothing but fruits for 20 or 30 or more years. I had a dinner of nothing but hass avocados and organic heirloom tomatoes and it tasted so incredible, I was hooked and now that combination is my main meal everyday, it is so flavorful that I don't miss salt, it tastes salty and sweet at the same time to me. I eat some other fruits in season, mostly all organic, currently hachiya persimmons, dates (always in season here), blueberries, other berries, mangos, oranges, grapes, bananas, peaches and cherries and watermelon when in season, tropical fruits, etc. I eat a bit of raw nut butters and seed butters occasionally. Yesterday I was at my local organic supermarket, in the produce department. I strolled through the rest of the store, including through their large buffet. None of it looks appetizing or appealing to me anymore. I buy fruits from my local farmer market too, but there are also stands there cooking and selling corpses of murdered animals, and the stench of it is nauseating to me. Cooked vegan food beckons to me, but I know it's just addiction, and it's passing from me as I persevere in my fruitarian life. I've been vegan many years, fully raw a lot of that time. It became a challenge at one point. But now I'm up to the challenge, and not just raw but fruitarian, perhaps the ultimate challenge nutritionally. I now no longer eat plants, only the products of plants, the fruits, nuts, seeds. Plants and trees are every bit as sentient as are humans and animals, we just don't hear their screams when they are being killed, when they are chopped off, pulled out of the ground, etc. Fruits, nuts, seeds, are the only foods we can eat where we don't kill anything, and they are the gifts of the plants and trees to us, in the form of our ideal perfect nutrition. And they are the only foods that we can eat by themselves, as they come in Nature, and they are incredibly appealing with their beautiful colors and aromas. And the digestion is effortless. And I'm amazed at how I can feel full on a bit of fruit. Food combining is very important. Dr. Herbert Shelton is the authority on it, please search on YouTube for his talks on it, and Google for his book, "Food Combining Made Easy", you can buy it cheap on Amazon or eBay. There's even a site where you can read it free on the spot. Love your video. A bit of clarification: Beans, peas, lentils are fruits when they are young and are delightful eaten raw. But when they're old and hard they are legumes and absolutely must be cooked. They are otherwise a dangerously incompatible combination of protein, starch, fat. Yes, avoid them. Avoid anything fermented, including all vinegars, they stop digestion. And many foods people consider vegetables are actually botanically fruit, anything with a seed, like tomatoes, avocados, peppers, young squashes, young corn. I also never wash fruit. I buy organic any food I eat with its skin. When I ate "vegetables" I also never washed them, anything growing close to the ground, in contact with the soil, and hopefully has the bacteria on it that we need to make vitamin B12 in our gut. Also try to avoid any fruit that has been heated or frozen, cooking and freezing kills all the vitamin C and most other vitamins, and ferments and turns the fruit toxic. BTW, T.C. Fry lived in Austin, his course is awesome, are you familiar with it? All the best to you.
