Back here after playing around.

What worked for me was
Speed: 20%
Gamma 1%
Sensitivity 100%
Filter 80%

The margin is razor thin and I'm sure it's gonna be controller dependent but I'd set gamma and speed to zero and filter and sensitivity to 100 and then play around with it until you get something that feels right.

Stupid that you have to do this in the first place but hope that helps people

The Forza one is good for the road cars. Makes them feel somewhat normal. Idk why everyone says this game is unplayable on controller. It's honestly not that bad with the right settings once you get used to it. It will ruin how you drive on other games tho.

Gamma is the thing i need to change. Thanks for the help! Considering i can't make a lane change at 60mph without spinning out when my control stick moves 1 micro meter, i figured the controls might be a tad sensitive. This is helpful. Thank you

I used to use a Xbox pad before I bought a csl elite. If my csl died and had to go back to pad, I'm happy to use my own settings again than use other people's. Let me share it.

Auto steer - off
Steer speed - 100 %
Speed sensitivity - 27 %
Gamma - 1.0
Steer filter - 0 %
Dead zone - 1 %
Rumble effect - 100 %

The same applies in asseto Corsa competition. Except go to mechanical grip and turn steer ratio up to max if you want.

You will need a steady thumb for this. You'll be using your ears too, not just flicking the bloody analogue stick left and right with your thumb. Listen to screeches from your tyres. When you start hearing them don't increase anymore steering angle.
