As a true numismatist it is wholly inappropriate to call products struck by the Germania Mint (a private or public company) ”coins;” rather, they are simply precious metal rounds. However, if they were contracted to produce legal tender coins for certain countries’ governments that would be an entirely different matter. Rest in Peace, Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
